How HDW Advisory works, what the readiness audit includes, and the rules behind the advice.
HDW Advisory helps organizations adopt AI deliberately: strategy, governance, internal copilots and LLM integration, in that order of prerequisites. The name is the promise: we show boards how digital works, in language both the board and the engineers accept.
How engagements work
Every relationship starts with the AI Readiness Audit: a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement of about two weeks. It produces an inventory of current AI use (sanctioned and shadow), a risk and readiness report, and a 90-day plan your team can execute without us. Follow-on work, when wanted, is scoped from the audit's findings, one bounded engagement at a time.
The rules
We do not sell or resell AI products and take no referral fees. We do not publish adoption statistics we cannot prove, or testimonials nobody said. Advice in the field guides is the same advice clients pay for, published in full.
